FGW has succeeded into 'transforming travel' to a complete nightmare! Travelled back to Cornwall with train loos having no water - smelt great by the time we arrived at Truro! My crazy ticket made me travel from Heathrow to Reading via Hayes - Hayes Stations has no staff, no information board and was so shabby and dirty!! FGW are the pits!! 7 months ago via web
