What a joke, trying to sort out business broadband with them, everytime I spoke to someone the prices changed as did the terms. Tried to sell me every service going did not listen to my needs. Guess what I went elsewhere, not being ripped of by them again. 12 days ago via web

What a nightmare, trying to use the express tills as at 7am I usually find the tills are unmanned and I only have a few items anyway. Well this morning was just a joke 6 machines in use about 20 people trying to get through all having problems with 1 member of staff running from 1 to the other because items dont scan or items are not even listed. I wanted to buy a nice jewelery set for my sister at xmas time, It was on a ticket system there was someone being served and 1 person in front and only one person on the checkout. The person being served took ages looking at different rings, trying them all on, the same with the second person. It all got very frustrating I took my purchase elsewhere after standing there for 45 minutes and ran out of lunch break. Nothing against RAC, I am happy with the cost, have never had a breakdown recently but previous experience has been good. My only complaint with RAC which is putting me off renewing my membership is the calls from sales trying to sell me further products and services. As a rule I never accept deals over the phone, I will only consider something if I have some information to read on the offers. After all how do I know I am not giving a fraudster my bank details, in fact how do I know the calls I have received from RAC recently with special offers if I purchase now are not just fraudsters trying to get my money. about 1 month ago via web
And when I do eventually talk to a human being I want to talk to one that knows what they are talking about, not get passed from dept to dept still not getting my issues resolved. I have nothing against foreign people what so ever but I find it very hard to communicate when the person has a very strong accent and I can barely understand what they are saying, please speak clearly and a little slower. about 1 month ago via web

Barclays has got to be the worse, I am a finance manager and deal with many banks. The ques are not too bad, there is usually around 2-3 staff about 3 people waiting, dont know if its just me but its always the people in front of me seem to want to give their life story, whilst asking so many questions about their account taking up lots of valuable time. Some other banks I deal with have some great machines that can answer most of these queries and transfer money. about 1 month ago via web
