Ryanair cancelling flights with no compensation and an extortionate phone line to try and get them swapped. They then keep you on hold for 20 minutes to make more money from you!! As if they didn't have enough hidden charges! 7 months ago via web

Ryanair have just cancelled our flights back from Ireland in March because they are discontinuing that route. We were given 2 choices: 1. seek a refund (but this wouldn't have included the transaction charges that we had to pay for 6 of us) or 2. Ring to get the flight swapped to an alternative route. The call cost 10 pence per minute and I was kept on hold for a total of 20 minutes. They have found yet more ways to make money from people via stealth charges! Don't book with them if at all possible!!!! 7 months ago via web
