The technology is there for mobile companies to make sure their coverage is full, it just takes an investment on their part. See http://www.quietriots.com/issues/119-mobile-network-coverage/organisations/1825-vodafone for more detail

Isn't it about time Vodafone applied some science to their coverage rather than pure guess work? There's absolutely no technical reason why they can't deliver 100% coverage in the areas where they claim coverage. Proper cell planning would do this but it costs a few million a year to keep updated. A drop in the ocean really considering multi billion profits. In any other industry, they would be challenged for trades descriptions! 9 months ago via web
Can LU please build barriers at the Waterloo end of the Waterloo and City line? I am fed up of forgetting to pass my Oyster card over the reader hidden by the crowds, particularly in the evening rush on the way home and then being charged some stupid amount for my journey. There is no excuse as the barriers at the Bank end seem to be able to cope with the volumes of people. 9 months ago via web
This is a massively inconsistent experience but the charges are not inconsistent. This year alone, I have had negative experiences Luton, Geneva and Faro. Badly trained staff unable or unwilling to control the crowd and board in strict order or inadequate segregation at the boarding gate lead to the problem. I cannot be the only person to have experienced this. Join me and let's get easyJet to recognise the problem and do something about it 10 months ago via web
Parking fine after parking in the pay and display at 7pm and not buying a ticket. Almost every other provincial town pay and display finishes at 6.30 meaning you don't pay after that. If the rules are different, put prominent signs up everywhere, particularly as the car park is quite dark at night 10 months ago via web
Speedy Boarding nightmare - charge for it and then make you fight the crowd anyway. Last three trips Edinburgh/Geneva/Faro have all been nightmare speedy boarding experience. It's an easy solve - put the lane system (SA/SB/A/B/C) at every gate 10 months ago via web
