No one should book a BA flight until the threat of strike action is removed.
I can understand that staff do not like to see their employment conditions deteriorate. However it seems they are just no longer competitive. The sooner they come to their senses the sooner we can once again use their services with confidence.
If however the result is that BA goes into liquidation, then a new business can rise from the ruins without the dead weight of pension deficits and with competitive salaries geared to today's employment market. 6 months ago via web

Sunday night due to a technical fault my flight from Berlin was 4hrs late. Obviously things can happen. However, what I find totally unacceptable is the communication style of the company: aka total lack of communication. In these circumstances a lot could be done with proper, professional communication and threating customers as such instead of seat numbers. 7 months ago via web

Back in the day, my flight delays were me getting to the airport at the last minute. BA staff on several occasions were wonderfully helpful and charming. Made you proud to be British. 8 months ago via web

Yes I agree I've been on at least 40 long haul BA flights in the last decade and have luckily never been seriously delayed or even lost my luggage! However, being British I still have a lot to moan about such as dodgy back of the seat entertainment systems, no longer being offered pretzels etc etc... 8 months ago via web
