Just how difficult is it to get the service with BT. Signed up for internet business broadband and the whole thing just turned into a complete nightmare, I got so fed up with going from dept to dept and then went through the whole palava when I wnated to cancel. I ended up going for business broadband with a local company who were slightly more expensive but the service I got was outstanding it was worth paying the extra because my queries are always dealt with there and then and I dont lose lots of business being stuck on the phone to BT the whole time. 3 months ago via web

What a joke, trying to sort out business broadband with them, everytime I spoke to someone the prices changed as did the terms. Tried to sell me every service going did not listen to my needs. Guess what I went elsewhere, not being ripped of by them again. 5 months ago via web

They are just so horrible to deal with I and many other people I know refuse to go with BT because of this, I have had very bad experience with BT who just cut my service even though I had paid, it didnt get put back on, they still demanded money, and were so rude I hate them. 6 months ago via web

Every time BT come to "fix" something on my street, my telephone and internet stop working. Coincidence? 8 months ago via web

We have really crap bandwidth coming into our office. They cant / wont fix it even though we are paying for the premium service and now say we cant leave for another 18 months because the premium service locked us in. I wouldnt mind if we were actually getting the 'premium' service we signed up for. The arrogance of these guys is ridiculous meanwhile our business cant function without proper connectivity so we have to shell out for another provider too. Thanks BT - you are really making my life easier. The sooner I dont have to have any fixed lines the better then I never have to deal with you again. 8 months ago via web

Trouble is they have had a monopoloy on the last mile for so long. I could go on for pages about the trials of getting broadband from cable guys like NTL, or other folks using BT infrastructure like Virgin, or Pipex. Terrible. It will go wireless and we'll end up in the hands of the likes of O2 that can't even offer a stable wireless call service. Urgh. 8 months ago via web

..And why the hell should I have to pay extra just because i don't want to pay by direct debit - especially when i have never been late with a payment. I would understand if i had a bad credit rating or kept missing bills but how can they possibly justify it when i have been an exemplary customer!! 8 months ago via web

Then other customers paying by direct debit would end up effectively subsidising you as non direct debit payments cost more to handle 8 months ago via web

bt.com offer paperless billing which is wonderful, environment friendly and saves everyone money but it only comes with a six month archive. To get earlier bills the first call centre I spoke to advised me to cancel paperless billing and pay £4.60 for each archive copy. A second BT call centre says they will post them to me and that they should arrive within a week. What a ridiculous company.

After much frustration I found the best thing to do to move business premises is call them on 0800 800 152. 8 months ago via web

Finding http://bt.com impenetrable. So frustrating: all I want to do is find out how to move my business premises to another location but keep going round in circles! 8 months ago via web
