I have mixed experiences from ParcelFarce. They are a courier company we have for regular pickups at my place of work, daily I see the same guy, and on the whole he is very good. Always on time, waits if we arent quite ready, and is happy to help.
Twice now however, I have been waiting on parcels, and been tracking them on the tracking system. Then in the space of 10 minutes, they had updated it from "out for delivery" to "attempted delivery", as im sitting watching outside my door waiting.... :-S. Needless to say no one had turned up, but this was a friday about 10 to 5...... let me guess, driver wanted an early finish?!?
It then tells me at was at a local post office for collection, no card left nothing. Once when I got to the PO, without a card (as one wasnt left), they had absolutely no record of the parcel, or card, even though on the tracking system it said I was where it was. They took my number and called me about 30 mins after leaving to tell me they had "found" it.
