A few days ago i witnessed a small child was hurt on a sticking-out piece of shelf at the Tesco Express. The mother complained to a cashier who went to have a look and all they could say was, "Oh, you know, it's really not that sharp!" implying that it didn't matter because the child couldn't be hurt very badly.
When the mother challenged the staff member, "You should be apologising" they just laughed and said, "No no i AM sorry, really" ... 10 months ago via web
