I think a new policy should be in place for telephone banking...the
call should either be free or free after the first three minutes.
Considering how much these lines cost, they could at least afford to staff them better. 8 months ago via web

I have been trying to sign up for online banking as a personal and a business customer, well, pretty much since it was invented. The reality is a car crash of online and offline systems (but they still charge you if they can). I've pretty much lost the will to live on this subject, so I can't face picking up the phone and going through zillions of menus. 9 months ago via web
