I wanted to buy a nice jewelery set for my sister at xmas time, It was on a ticket system there was someone being served and 1 person in front and only one person on the checkout. The person being served took ages looking at different rings, trying them all on, the same with the second person. It all got very frustrating I took my purchase elsewhere after standing there for 45 minutes and ran out of lunch break. I understand people want to look at the jewelery but 1 member of staff isnt sufficient at all. 6 months ago via web
