Didn't these guys used to work for Pickfords?

Been a bit busy the last couple of weeks, so thought I'd splash some cash on Pickfords full "pick & pack & unpack" service. They claim this means you just give them the keys. I did some boxing up (MummyV) wasn't having any different), but still left a bunch of books and kitchen stuff on the shelves. I told Pickfords to expect to pack about 90 boxes. All good, pretty expensive, but a weight off my mind. Left MummyV with the keys and went to work

Carnage ensued, they "team" turned up expecting 19 pre-packed boxes. They freaked out, and made my mother pack everything up in front of them. They then carried boxes out - three to a box.

End result, broken mother, no full packing service, absolutely no unpacking. Am currently waiting for a call back from their complaints team 3 months ago via web
