What a nightmare, trying to use the express tills as at 7am I usually find the tills are unmanned and I only have a few items anyway. Well this morning was just a joke 6 machines in use about 20 people trying to get through all having problems with 1 member of staff running from 1 to the other because items dont scan or items are not even listed. Waste of time, I wnat to be served by a human being not a robot it just stresses me out. 6 months ago via web

If I get another "unexpected item in the bagging area" then I am gong to explode...Tesco need to have enough staff around (or at least paying attention...) to sort problems 'with the over-sensitive bagging area' more quickly. I hate standing waiting with a queue of angry people waiting behind me. 8 months ago via web

A friend of mine claims that when passing a spliff (of, I believe, something not unakin to marijuana) to a friend of his, via an ashtray, they now say to each other "Unexpected item in the bagging area!" 8 months ago via web
